Slice Pie Company offers two ways to share our award-winning pies at your event: drop-off pies or our EV Pie Truck experience. Both feature our State Fair Blue Ribbon crust and handcrafted pies made from family recipes.

Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate gathering, birthday party, or community event, we’ll help you create a sweet moment your guests will remember long after the last slice. You can book drop-off pies, the Pie Truck, or both together, depending on your event style.

Drop-Off Pies

Our pies are perfect for dessert tables, guest favors, or individual servings at any event.

We offer full-sized pies and mini pies with seasonal flavors and classic favorites.

Note: Drop-off pies do not include staff for serving—just fresh, beautifully baked pies delivered to you.

The EV Pie Truck Experience

Our fully electric Slice Pie Truck brings the bakery to you. Guests order directly from the truck and receive pies fresh from the window, creating a fun and interactive dessert experience.

The Pie Truck is perfect for:
• Outdoor celebrations, festivals, or corporate events
• Guests ordering their own pies
• A lively, interactive element for your event

The Best of Both Worlds

Many events combine drop-off pies and the Pie Truck for a full dessert experience.

For example:
• A wedding with pies displayed inside for the table
• The Pie Truck outside for guests to grab minis
• Corporate events with pre-ordered pies plus truck service

This combination allows you to enjoy both a beautiful dessert display and a fun, interactive experience.

Pie Truck Booking Guidelines

To ensure every event runs smoothly, we consider a few factors when booking the Slice Pie Truck:

Guest Count: The Pie Truck works best for events with 75+ guests. Smaller gatherings may be better suited for drop-off pies.

Space for the Truck: Our EV Pie Truck requires a safe and accessible parking space roughly the size of a standard food truck parking spot. Outdoor access is required.

Service Style: Guests order directly from the truck window unless your event is pre-arranged for hosted service.

Event Timing: Most events book the truck for 2–3 hours of service depending on guest count.

Location: We primarily serve Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle area. Travel outside this area may require an additional fee.
